This spring, Londoners are invited to come together for a meaningful day out that combines fresh air, gentle challenge and a shared sense of purpose. Walk for Hope takes place on Saturday 18 April 2026 at Battersea Park, bringing people together to remember, reflect and walk in hope.

Designed to be inclusive and welcoming, the event offers three distance options. Participants can choose between a 2.5km, 5km or 10km route, making it suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether you are walking with young children, pushing a buggy, or taking on a longer route with friends or colleagues, everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace.

Walk for Hope is about more than the distance covered. Every step helps raise vital funds to support work that helps save babies’ lives, giving the event a powerful sense of collective impact. Families, friendship groups and workplace teams are all welcome, with the emphasis firmly on walking together and supporting one another.

The walk begins at 12:00, allowing for a relaxed start to the day. Registration is open to individuals, families and groups. Adult entry is £12, children under 16 can take part for £6, and under-2s go free, making it accessible for families who want to get involved.

For those looking to make 2026 the year they do something extra special, Walk for Hope offers a chance to be part of a supportive community, enjoy one of London’s most beautiful parks, and find hope in every step. Register for the event here.
