While catching up over a pint or a game of pool has long been the classic way for men to meet, research shows that many modern British men are looking for something a little different. Around 22% say participating in a creative activity would help them bond with their friends, while nearly a quarter feel they could open up more during such activities.

To answer the call, Interflora is hosting ‘Petals at the Pub’, a series of men-only floristry workshops designed to bring friends together in a relaxed and familiar setting. Over three evenings at The Fox in Shoreditch, participants will enjoy a 90-minute flower arranging class led by local Interflora florist Jamie Christopher.

Each session includes two complimentary drinks and a selection of sharing snacks to keep energy levels up while learning the art of floristry.
